After more than two decades spent building and rebuilding businesses across construction, aviation, service, sales, sports venues, retail, nursery and outdoor design, and even the exhibition aquarium world, I've learned that success in any industry comes down to the same simple truth: people matter more than paperwork.

I've had the privilege of being instrumental in launching and growing 21 businesses, and in every one of them, my approach has stayed the same: create genuine engagement where the customer wins, the employee wins, and the company wins. When those three things align, everything else tends to fall into place.
