About Me

Moving to Texas marked a new chapter in my life, and stepping into the mortgage industry was part of that fresh start.

After running my own in-home health care business, I knew I wanted a career that combined structure, paperwork, and helping people in a meaningful way. When my own loan officer, Terri at Blue J Mortgage, helped with the purchase of a home in Texas, a conversation sparked something in me. I realized this was the opportunity I had been looking for.

Now, nearly three years into the industry, I serve clients throughout Greenville and surrounding areas, while also helping buyers across Texas. I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers! There is nothing better than walking someone from nervous uncertainty to relief and confidence at the closing table.

I have developed a strong skill set working with self-employed borrowers and complex income files. I genuinely enjoy the paperwork side of mortgage lending and take pride in structuring loans carefully and responsibly. My approach is both cautious and creative. I want my clients protected from surprises, but I am always looking for smart solutions to help them reach their goals.

If a buyer does not qualify today, I do not walk away. We build a plan. We work on credit. We check in. We move forward step by step until they are ready.

Integrity matters deeply to me. Dishonesty in this industry frustrates me because borrowers deserve clarity, not confusion. My clients often tell me they appreciate how upfront and responsive I am throughout the process. I believe communication builds trust, and trust is everything in a transaction this important.

My faith is the foundation of how I run my business. I am a Christian, and that guides how I treat people: with empathy, patience, honesty, and care.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of nine. Life in Texas is full, busy, and beautiful. I love the greenery of this area and enjoy reading, gardening, and crafting whenever I can carve out quiet time. To me, home represents security, safety, and comfort. Helping others find that for their families is something I do not take lightly.
