Hi there! I'm Jill. I guide clients through the homeownership journey with care, patience, and attention to detail. I have a special emphasis on OTC loans, which offer flexible financing options for clients looking to build or purchase a home. I understand how overwhelming the process can feel, and I'm committed to making it as smooth and straightforward as possible.

With a background in lending institutions, I bring experience and a strong eye for detail to every file. I enjoy connecting with clients personally and helping them feel confident in their decisions. I believe that clear communication and genuine care are what make the mortgage process easier and more meaningful.

Originally from Colorado, I grew up in Ohio, spent 26 years in Kentucky, and now call Gilmer, Texas home. My husband Max is my partner and biggest supporter, and our family includes our son and daughter-in-law, Dodge and Kaley, our sweet baby Jo Anne, and my daughter Zoe, who loves barrel racing. We enjoy our serene property, our horses, and a playful donkey that keeps us laughing.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and knitting or crocheting. My faith guides how I interact with clients, reminding me to treat everyone with integrity, respect, and genuine care. I approach every interaction with authenticity and look forward to helping clients reach their homeownership goals with confidence.
